Calibration and Technical Service

Calibration of NDT Equipment and Systems:
Tecnitest Ingenieros performs the periodical verification of calibration service of NDT equipment and systems according to applicable standards… from his premises in Madrid and within minimum response times. For this, the company has the required skills and means (electronic equipment and reference standards calibrated ENAC/NAMAS/NIST) and the approval of the suitable OEMs, etc.

Specifically, those services are offered for the following items:

·       Ultrasonic equipment (as per EN-12668)
·       Ultrasonic inspection systems (as per EN-12668 and Airbus España I+D-E 383)
·       Ultrasonic probes (as per EN-12668 and Airbus España I+D-E 296)
·       Eddy current equipment (as per EN-13860)
·       Magnetic particle test benches and coils (as per ASTM E-1444)
·       X-Ray equipment (within the scope of the particular authorizations by the
    Spanish Nuclear Security Council, CSN).
  
Repair and Maintenance Technical Service:
Tecnitest Ingenieros performs an efficient maintenance service of the non destructive equipment and systems supplied to his customers, including that for the suitable mechanics, electronics and software. The whole of the service, up to what is feasible, is carried on well in-site (large equipment and systems) or at Tecnitest premises in Madrid, thus allowing significant and valuable reductions of service times.
