Sonatest Series D (D10 and D20):
New series of portable, digital ultrasonic flaw detectors in a flat enclosure (238 x 172 x 70 mm) and minimum weight (1.7 kg) complementing the Sonatest Sitescan series… keeping the outstanding performance of those while now including relevant innovations, in a scheme or product definition focused on optimization of the performance to cost ratio for conventional ultrasonic inspection beyond any other product in the market:

·       Less size and weight… while robust (IP67)
    and adaptable
·       New battery for much longer operation (from 12 to 18 hours)
·       Faster and more direct operation: user defined menu and direct access keys, and
    an innovative (unique) tactile scroll wheel to quickly access menu items and
    change any parameter…
·       Range of accessories for easier positioning, attach and hang the unit, improving
    adaptability and ergonomics whatever the working environment and constraints
    are.
·       Up to 100.000 memory records for thickness logging in pre-programmed
    worksheets, with B-scan presentation as an option.
·       Signal evaluation functions (DAC, AVG/DGS, API, AWS, 2nd Gate and B-scan)
    offered as an option in order to better adjust the unit definition and price for any
    particular production or inspection requirement.
